The Sky Whale Max gasoline hybrid VTOL can fly for up to 10 hours with a 2kg payload.

15kg payload
With its streamlined aerodynamic design, 65kg maximum takeoff weight, large wing area, and low wing loading, the hybrid VTOL drone can fly for 4 hours with a 15kg payload.

Separate camera bin
The Sky Whale Max hybrid UAV comes with a dedicated compartment for mounting the gimbal camera, allowing it to search for targets using the onboard camera even when carrying a heavy payload.

Stable and mighty power
The 116cc EFI hybrid engine features two cylinders with independent ignition and fuel feeding. It also includes an onboard auto starter and alternator, providing continuous and stable power output for the VTOL.

Weatherproof
The Sky Whale Max gas VTOL drone features an anti-water fuselage design, making it weatherproof with an IP55 rating. This waterproof feature allows the drone to perform urgent tasks, such as search and rescue, even in rainy conditions.

Compass calibration-free (differential GPS)
The pilot doesn’t need to calibrate the compass on the Sky Whale Max VTOL UAV, saving a lot of time during emergency tasks. Moreover, since the compass has been replaced by DGPS, the fixed-wing VTOL is no longer affected by electromagnetic interference (EMI), greatly enhancing its flight stability.

Fly by camera (optional)
This surveillance VTOL can track and monitor a stationary or moving target along its routine patrol route, as long as the onboard zoom camera follows it. Additionally, the target’s coordinates can be copied and sent to the command center. Once the monitoring is done, the VTOL drone can return to its original patrol route.

Monitor target movement status on GCS (optional)
The pilot can use the LAUNCH GCS to track the target’s movement, such as real-time updated GPS coordinates, the distance between the target and the drone, and the distance from the target to the HOME position.

Follow Me feature (optional)
Sometimes, the flight platform, such as a boat or vehicle, needs to move after the drone takes off to complete its mission. In this case, the drone must be able to follow the moving platform and land once the task is done. This feature is especially useful during surveillance or monitoring missions at sea.
